Hike or bike one of the paved walking paths, compacted dirt or gravel trails to the wetlands for a chance to see a great blue heron or bald eagle. Take a break for the kids to play at the brand-new, state-of-the-art playground.

Barbeque grills, unsheltered picnic tables and one sheltered picnic table are available at Sunset and Tibbets beach areas on a first come-first served basis.
Playgrounds are be found at Sunset Beach, Tibbets Beach, and along the trail between Sunset and Tibbets.
Sandy volleyball courts are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Nets can also be placed on the beach.
Three reservable shelters offer electrical outlets, picnic tables and a sandy volleyball court. Rotunda Shelter has a central firepit.
Groups having special activities other than simple gatherings (for example using a bouncy house or bringing in outside vendors) MUST contact the park at (425) 649-4275 regarding a special activity permit. Failure to do so can result in the cancellation of the event.
Individual camping is not permitted. However, Hans Jensen Group Camp is available. This private area offers a picnic shelter, tables, fire rings and vault toilets.

Sunset Beach Café offers a selection of food, snacks, beverages, coffee, Italian sodas and Ben & Jerry's ice cream. Pizza from Zeek's Pizza is also available. The café is open weekends in May and Sept. and daily from mid-June to Labor Day. For more information, visit them on Instagram or Facebook.
Issaquah Paddle Sports offers a variety of kayak, pedal boat and standup paddleboard rentals from their location at Tibbets Beach. They also offer a large variety of small watercraft trainings and skills classes. They are open from 10-7 on weekends in May and daily from 10-7 June through Labor Day. Outdoors for All provides opportunities for people with disabilities to ride a bike that works for them. Free adaptive bike rentals, such as recumbent trikes, handcycles, and tandems, are available at the Sunset Beach bath house. Operating hours are May 1 through Sept. 30, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., last rentals go out at 5:30 p.m. No reservation necessary, bikes available on first-come first served basis.
