Rates & fees

Available to rent April 1 - Oct. 31 from 8 a.m. to one hour prior to dusk. 

Available outside reservation season for first-come, first served. Call park office for details (360) 871-4065. 

Monday – Thursday $225 plus tax per day. 

Friday - Sunday $450 plus tax per day.

All vehicles must display an annual or day Discover Pass.

The Torpedo Warehouse can accommodate up to 150 guests and includes a fireplace an outside picnic area with braziers and horseshoe pit (shoes can be checked out at welcome center). Restrooms with showers are near by.  There is no electricity, but generators are ok.

Check in time after 8 a.m. and clean up must be completed one hour prior to dusk. 

Check in at the welcome center upon arrival. You can start decorating the space at 8 a.m.  Parking is limited and carpooling is encouraged.

Additional information

Alcohol is allowed in the area but not in the general day use area or beach; kegs are not allowed.  Amplified music is not allowed.

Activities must not damage park facilities or natural environment.  All decorations must be removed after event.  Items that may be hazardous to wildlife (water balloons, confetti, rice, sidewalk chalk, silly string etc.) are not allowed.  No bounce houses.

Reservation party is responsible for clean-up and departure time is one hour prior to dusk; dusk times are posted at welcome center. All furniture must be moved to original locations prior to departure.

History

Built in 1901 as part of the Army’s Coastal Artillery Corps, it was originally used to assemble and store mines. Later it was used as an officers’ club, barracks and mess hall.  Washington State parks obtained Manchester State park in 1970.
