Saint Edward is currently without power due to storm damage. The Park is open, but restrooms will remain closed until power is restored. 

The Seminary at Saint Edward State Park where the Saint Edward Lodge can be found. The building is very long with a center building that appears to be 2 floors higher than the rest of the building. There is also a bell tower that reaches above the tallest part of the building. The lawn area of the seminary is also visible with bright green grass and well manicured hedges,

A hiking trail borders the right side of the shoreline where a group of four people and two dogs are enjoying the water. There is a downed tree on top of some rocks, green trees, and some rocks visible.
The stone grotto is made up of hundreds of stones of different colors including reddish brown, tan, brown, grey-brown, grey, and shades in between. Saint Edward State Park is a day use park with sprawling lawns and forested trails, all set around impressive Romanesque Revival-style brick buildings.

This park is a day use only park. Groups hosting events with special activities (for example a bouncy house, featuring outside vendors, etc.) must contact the park at (425) 832-2147 regarding a special activity permit. Failure to do so can result in cancellation of the reservation.

Small, casual groups of users are welcome anytime to use the picnic areas. Mountain biking is a popular activity at Saint Edward, where a labyrinth of trails take visitors through a lush forest to the shores of Lake Washington. Many trails are available for use by mountain bikers, while others are restricted to hiking only for the safety of park guests.

Picnic and day use facilities

As a popular destination for events, weddings and family picnics, reservations are strongly recommended. First-come, first-served picnic tables are available, but in the event of large events or reservations, picnic tables may not be available. 

Reservable accommodations

The Orchard picnic area is close to the playground and features a small grove of apple and cherry trees. There is a stand-up barbecue grill and can accommodate up to 100 people. 

The Grotto is a popular rental for weddings and ceremonies, accommodating up to 120 people. There is a small lawn with two stone stairways leading to the historic grotto.

The Nuns Garden is a perfect place for intimate family gatherings and picnics and can accommodate up to 30 people.

Accommodations and dining
